Housing Associations

If you are a tenant of a housing association you may be able to get help from a member of their community safety team who is trained to support victims of domestic abuse. This could be in the form of:

• Injunctions/Undertakings often referred to as an ASBI
• Antisocial Behaviour Order often referred to as an ASBO
• Notice to Quit/Requiring Possession
• Possession Orders
• Assignment of Tenancy
